Nokia Belle is a major update, you’ll need to connect your phone to a PC to perform the update. To start, make sure you have the latest version of Nokia Suite (3.3 or later) running on your computer OR Laptop, and then connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable and check for software updates.

Note that it may take a while for the update to be available for your region. You’ll get the update eventually. If you’re too eager to try Nokia Belle and don’t want to wait, you can try downloading the Belle files from Navifirm and flashing with Phoenix.
